Pepper

Pepper culture: Peppers should be started indoors about 8 to 10 weeks prior to planting outdoors to get a good crop. Do not set plants out until night temperatures stay above 50° F. If you set them out earlier use Hot Kaps or Row covers to protect them at night. When picking peppers, cut them from the bush with a clipper to save the plant from being pulled apart. There are approximately 4000 seeds per ounce.
