(75 Day) Don't let the name fool you–this cayenne-type pepper has a sweet, smoky flavor that is only mildly hot at just 500-1,500 Scoville units. In trials, the meaty 8-12" fruits grew straighter than the comparisons, making them easier to pick and prepare.
