Chestnut, Chinese, Colossal

Harvest abundant crops of large, sweet and nutritious nuts. This hybrid of Japanese and European chestnut is resistant to Chestnut Blight that has virtually destroyed our native American Chestnut. It grows rapidly to 25 feet tall and yields very large, high-quality nuts beginning about 3 to 5 years after planting.

Requires a pollinizer, so plant 2 or more trees or use Chinese Chestnut as a pollinizer.
