I grew Contender green beans in 2026 & ordered my needs (750 seeds) for 2027.
We plant a 7’ row each week about 30 seeds early spring through Sept 1st.
1st harvest July 6 and enjoy fresh beans through frost
Have enjoyed Contenders 4” straight beans that have a very nice initial harvest with subsequent mature beans.
Flavor is excellent and freeze nicely
