Eggplant, Violet Delite Hybrid

50-55 days. Our earliest maturing eggplant. These bright purple, elongated fruits can be harvested anywhere from 5 to 12 inches long, and they stay tender and non-bitter no matter the size. They have a tender skin that does not require peeling, making them great for dicing into stir-fry or slicing lengthwise for grilling. Upright, semi-spineless plants are quite prolific.
