This hardneck garlic is a selection of Musik with even greater adaptability to milder regions. The early-maturing bulbs have a spicy flavor that mellows and sweetens when cooked or roasted. Stores well for several months. Typically contains 4-6 cloves per bulb.

This hardneck variety had a good amount of plantable cloves. While there were some small ones, it was only about 1/4 of the total. It's like I'm throwing away one fourth of the price that I paid for the bulbs. Not terrible, but not good either.
