Plants form a nice vase shape commonly associated with pak choi even at a smaller size, offering an advanced flexibility in harvesting. Can be harvested at the baby stage for multi-head bunching or allow plants to mature longer for the standard three-head bunches that are popular in farmers markets. Also good for bedding plant growers.
