Pepper, Sweet, Havana Slamma Hybrid Cubanelle

70-75 days. A great cubanelle variety featuring intermediate resistance to all 10 races of Bacterial Leaf Spot. Firm, high quality fruits grow approx. 6" long by 2½" wide, have a delicious flavor that is similar to a bell pepper and thicker walls than typically found in comparable varieties. Fruits weigh 3½ to 4 oz., are predominantly 3-lobed and have good uniformity. Matures from light green to light red at which stage they are less firm. Often used as a substitute for sweet bells in recipes. Moderately vigorous plants grow up to approx. 36" tall and produce a continuous fruit set for extended harvests.
