Slim tubers with unique flavor. The finger-like tubers are about 1" in diameter and 2-4" long with deliciously flavored yellow flesh. Boil with the skins on and cut up to use in salads or fry with the skins on. Originally carried from Europe to Wisconsin in a suitcase, this variety has been produced locally for us for several generations. Matures midseason.
