Rhododendron, Black Hat®

(P.P. 31898) Longer blooming than many common varieties. The lush, rose-purple blooms of this beauty deliver a knock-out punch of color in the early spring landscape, lasting longer than many early blooming selections. Thick, evergreen foliage turns purple-black in cool weather, adding a touch of drama to this high-class plant. Blooms on old wood and is quite easy to maintain. Requires acidic soil. Our recommendation is #51154 Soil Sulphur
