One of the best asparagus varieties for the home garden. This predominantly all-male hybrid is widely adapted, hardy in cold winter climates and tolerant to the heat of the south. It does well in all soils, including heavy clay types, and is highly resistant to rust, Fusarium and other diseases. Best of all, the spear quality and flavor is fantastic.
