(75-80 Day) This cauliflower was truly impressive in our summer trial garden, outperforming all of its competition. It developed large, heavy, clean heads, some up to 8", with a nice white color and wonderful texture and flavor. The almost perfect appearance was helped along by the leaves' self-wrapping nature, which we really appreciated. Adapts well to a wide range of climates.
