(45 Day) Yields are better than popular favorite Alibi. These fine-spined cukes have an excellent non-bitter flavor and can be enjoyed fresh or made into pickles. Plants are highly resistant to cucumber mosaic virus with additional resistance to other common cucumber ailments. Gynoecious and parthenocarpic. Plants set fruit without pollination. Fruits will be seedless if isolated from pollen.

This cucumber has proven itself for both canning and fresh market sales. It starts early and never stops producing. I recommend it to anyone.

Favorite for growing and pickling.

I have had a lot of success with Artist. It sets very early, and keeps making cucumbers all season. I like to eat them fresh, but really like using them in making pickles - they stay crispy.

Excellent cucumber

Excellent cucumber! Very high yielding! Crisp and flavorful! Holds up to pickling brine, and does not go soft! The very best pickling cucumber I have ever grown in my 40+ years of gardening!!!
