(70 Day) A cucumber that's near perfection! Skin is so thin on these Japanese burpless cucumbers there's no need to peel them. Fruits grow 10-12" long, 1" wide and are very straight for such a long cucumber. They're incredibly crisp with sweet, mild, refreshing flavor. The vigorous plants set many lateral vines for high yields. Resistant to downy and powdery mildews. Monoecious (male and female flowers are present on the same plant).

My new favorite cucumber
Sep 2, 2024  |  By Ginny
This is a really great cucumber. They have very smooth, thin skins, and taste great. Very heavy producer. In zone 4 I planted small plants I had started on May 1st, on June 1st. They did well for awhile, but we had a ton of rain and cold in June, and they started to die off. I then started some more seed the end of June and ended up with an even better crop that is just now(September 1) starting to slow down. Highly recommend this variety.

Really outstanding
Jan 14, 2024  |  By Dennis
Been gardening for nearly 60 years. Have grown countless varieties of cukes. Having tried Summer Dance a few years ago and was totally impressed. These are so crisp and flavorful. Given many away and the compliments just pour in... so it's not just me. They branch out as they grow and REALLY produce. Grow on a trellis and you get rewarded with gorgeous long straight fruits. Keep watered well and no bitterness. Taste is refreshing, crispy cucumber. The best.

Great success

I never had success with cucumbers, until I tried these, growing on a trellis, even partially shaded. A thin skin and heavy producer. They have a slight hint of watermelon taste.
