Grows into an attractive column of foliage. Flowers much later than standard basil. Though it can also be grown in-ground, this basil is ideal for containers and growing in tight spaces. Reaching 24 to 36 inches high, but only 8 to 12 inches wide, it flowers 10 to 12 weeks later than other basils, giving you more time to enjoy the sweet, traditional Genovese flavor. Great for your favorite pestos and chopped fresh on Caprese salads.
