105 days. An edible ornamental. Orange-red fruits are 8 to 10 inches across, with a prominent "button" that has stripes of orange, red, white and green. Dense, firm flesh has a mild sweet, nutty flavor. Great for making stuffed squash. Can also be dried and used like a gourd for crafts.
