One of the tallest sunflowers. Grows tall and stays standing, forming big, thick stems. The 10 to 12 inch yellow flowers have dark central disks filled with seeds for birds to enjoy. (DS-SI) This variety may be sown directly in the garden, but for earlier bloom, can be started indoors 4-8 weeks prior to planting outside after danger of frost is past.
