Airy, cloud-like spires complement other flowers. From July until frost the plants display violet-blue flower spikes along with finely dissected, aromatic, downy green foliage. Russian sage provides cooling contrast in the flower border. Drought tolerant and low maintenance. Simply cut back each spring. Bushy plants have a loose, open habit. Ideal for background plantings.
