Very hardy with attractive foliage. Easily grown in any sunny location. Cut off the ends of the branches in early spring, place them indoors in a vase of water and soon the large silvery catkins unfold. The 15 to 20 foot mature plants are ideal for specimen or screening. 2 to 3 ft. field grown bareroot plants. Plant in full sun.
