Clamps to countertops up to 2 inches thick. Double seal attachment mechanism prevents leakage. The screen included is ideal for apples and tomatoes. Additional stainless steel screens and a grape spiral are sold separately. (Please note: screens from the original Sauce Master will not work with the Sauce Master II).
