Junebearing. (P.P.19763) An early-season variety released by Dr. Jim Ballington of NC State Univeristy. A highly productive variety with large, glossy red berries that hold their size throughout the season. Firm fruits with excellent flavor make them ideal for freezing. Prostrate plants are vigorous and tolerant to Red Steele. A highly recommended variety , especially in gardens wwhere there is heavy soil. Sold in packages of 25.
